By applying for any tour package through Sunlight Holidays, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, clarity, and a smooth travel experience for all applicants. Please read all points carefully before submitting your application.

🔹 Consultation Fee

An application and consultation fee of ₹799 is applicable for initiating the process. This fee covers initial guidance, documentation support, travel consultation, route planning, and customer assistance. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once the application process has been initiated. This amount does not include the total package cost and is strictly a service charge for consultancy.

🔹 Payment Policy

Most of our tour packages operate on a “Payment After Reach” model, meaning the majority of the payment is made after the traveler reaches the destination country. However, in certain cases, minor service or booking charges may be applicable depending on the destination, airline, or third-party involvement. Final payment terms may vary based on travel conditions, route availability, and international regulations.

All package prices mentioned are approximate and subject to change without prior notice. Prices may fluctuate due to factors such as flight availability, seasonal demand, currency exchange rates, government regulations, or international travel restrictions. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking or processing.

🔹 Travel & Route Conditions

Travel routes, layovers, and transit conditions depend on airline availability and international travel policies. Some routes may include multiple stops or alternative transit countries. Applicants must be flexible and agree to travel as per available routes provided by our team.

🔹 Document Responsibility

Applicants are fully responsible for providing genuine, accurate, and complete documents. Any false or misleading information may lead to rejection, cancellation, or legal issues. Sunlight Holidays is not responsible for any delays or rejections caused by incorrect documentation.

🔹 Approval & Authority Disclaimer

All travel approvals, visas, and entry permissions are solely controlled by the respective embassy, immigration authorities, or government bodies. Sunlight Holidays does not guarantee approvals, processing times, or outcomes. We only provide consultancy and assistance throughout the process.

🔹 Third-Party Services

Certain services such as flights, hotel bookings, or local arrangements may involve third-party providers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by airlines, agents, or other service providers.

🔹 Delays & Uncontrollable Situations

Travel processes may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political situations, government rules, airline issues, or global restrictions. In such cases, delays may occur and applicants must cooperate accordingly.

🔹 Communication Policy

After submitting the application, our team or associated agents may contact you via call, email, or message for further process. It is the applicant’s responsibility to provide correct contact details and remain reachable during the process.

🔹 Cancellation Policy

Once the process has been initiated, the consultation fee and any service charges are non-refundable. Cancellation policies for bookings depend on third-party providers such as airlines or hotels.

🔹 Service Nature

Sunlight Holidays operates as a consultancy and travel assistance provider. We are not affiliated with any embassy, government authority, or immigration department. Our role is limited to guidance, support, and facilitation of the process.

🔹 Final Agreement
